Elizabeth grew up in the small town of Abilene, Texas. Raised in ballet from a young age, she developed an insatiable passion for performing and a strong sense of artistic discipline. She could be easier found writing a story, making up a dance, or lost in a book than with her peers, and even at that age her inner creative world was taking form.

Her background in dance led her quickly to theater. Through training with decorated voice teacher Jeanette Lipford and Burklyn Ballet's Jared Mesa, Elizabeth devoted herself to expanding her skills. Classical singing, piano, modern dance, Shakespeare, wig styling, choreography, directing, tap, and guitar were among these skills—many of which were self-taught. Elizabeth found her voice and her leadership style early.

After graduating high school in the midst of the pandemic, Elizabeth found herself at an artistic impass for the first time. She faced a major vocal injury and health crisis and took a hiatus from her career to study writing and literature at Abilene Christian University. These few years were long and hard as she carved a new path for herself—one that prioritized her wellness and spiritual integrity. She found a new home in film and moved to Nashville to re-enter the industry. She now works at a wine bar in the day and cultivates her art community across Nashville, Chicago, and New York. Her deep passion for somatic healing, vocal wellness, political advocacy, and artistic expression gives her the unique perspective that draws viewers and collaborators to her work.
